This is my ode to the Mile High City. The place that birthed my passion
for art. A place that has inspired me to pursue my craft, to step away

and enjoy the beauty that surrounds me. A state that has been gra-
cious to me with friends, inspiration, and love. As the years have gone

by, I have found myself looking back at the memories of Colorado
evenings. The moonlight a guide through my turbulence and jubilance.
Red Rocks concerts accented by warm July moons, long drives home
punctuated with fall sunsets, early mornings wrapped in the grace of
the Rocky Mountains. These backdrops are my memories, iconic
scenes that all Coloradans are familiar with. This is the inspiration that
poured into this collection. Using the moon as a constant, I wanted to
focus on each lunar accent bathing the models in a tranquil lunar light.
Utilizing gold and silver foil as the medium of different moon phases,

each work is contrasted with the familiar presence of our nearest celes-
tial body. Each a small snapshot of Colorado's native vistas and those

who live in them. A story, a page in my mile high life.
